AM Training Hall provides software tools for coaches and clients and does not provide medical advice or health services.

• Discord account ID and username (via OAuth)
• Profile picture (from Discord)

Fitness Data

• Body weight measurements
• Workout and cardio logs
• Nutrition information (calories, macros)
• Sleep and step data
• Fitness goals

• Device and browser information (screen size, user agent)
• Click interactions on buttons and links (no form input values are ever captured)
• Navigation patterns and time spent on pages
• Referrer URL (how you arrived at the site)

We use a self-hosted, first-party analytics system to understand how the app is used. This data is stored on our own servers, is never shared with third parties, and does not use cookies. No passwords, form inputs, or sensitive text are ever recorded.

• Generate progress recaps and visualizations
• Improve our service based on usage patterns

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your fitness data is private by default. We may share information only in the following cases:

• With your consent: When you choose to share progress recaps or participate in community features
• Service providers: We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused, no cookies) for anonymous page view statistics. Our behavior analytics are fully self-hosted and never shared with third parties.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

4a. Self-Hosted Behavior Analytics

We use a self-hosted, first-party analytics system to understand how users navigate AM Training Hall. This system collects:

• Pages visited and navigation flow between pages
• Clicks on buttons and links (element type and label only)
• Time spent on each page
• Screen size and browser user agent
• Referrer URL

This system does not collect passwords, form input values, text typed into fields, mouse movements, scroll position, or any content from elements marked with data-no-track. All data is stored on our own servers, is never shared with third parties, does not use cookies (session data is stored in your browser's sessionStorage and cleared when you close the tab), and is automatically deleted after 90 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including:
